What is the definition of 'ADL'?
Activities of daily living is a term used in healthcare to refer to people's daily care activities. While basic definitions of ADLs have been suggested, what specifically constitutes a particular ADL for each individual may vary.

I was inspired to found ADL Homecare through my work in home care for over 7 years. As the Director of Business Development, I am responsible for developing trusted partnerships in health care and client care. I am recognized as professional, reputable, trustworthy, genuine, reliable and having integrity. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and volunteering.
Chad Reynolds – Operations Manager & COO
I have over 20 years’ experience in technology, telecommunications and customer service. As Operations Manager, I manage the day-to-day operations of the business. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and two dogs Maxx & Wrigley. I’m also an avid fan of muscle cars (Ford Mustangs) and the San Francisco Giants baseball team! Go Giants!
